Article 1 - Purpose
These terms of service govern the contractual relationship between PITAMETERNAM EURL (hereinafter "the Seller") and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter "the Customer") wishing to purchase the WordPress plugin "Easy Content Linker".

Article 3 - Products and Pricing
The Easy Content Linker plugin is available as an annual license according to the following plans:

Article 4 - Orders
Orders are placed through the secure Freemius payment platform. The Customer acknowledges having read these Terms of Service before validating their order.
Article 5 - Payment
Payment is made by credit card or PayPal via Freemius. The order is confirmed after payment validation. Renewal is automatic unless cancelled by the Customer.
Article 6 - Delivery
The plugin is delivered via immediate download after payment. The Customer receives an email containing the download link and their license key.
Article 7 - Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with digital content regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on an intangible medium whose execution has begun with the consumer's agreement.

Article 8 - License of Use
The purchase grants a non-exclusive and non-transferable license of use. The Customer agrees not to redistribute, resell or share the plugin or its license key.
Article 9 - Support and Updates
The annual license includes access to updates and technical support for the duration of validity. After expiration, the plugin remains functional in free mode but without access to new versions or support.
Article 10 - Liability
The Seller shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the plugin. The Customer remains responsible for their OpenAI API usage costs.

Collected data is processed in accordance with GDPR. For more information, see our privacy policy.
Article 12 - Applicable Law
These Terms of Service are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
